We have samples of most of our rug collection available to view in person — including a selection of smaller samples that can be loaned short-term to try in your space. Visiting the studio by appointment is a great way to explore what's available, as we often have more on-site than we show online.
We're happy to help you find the right piece, so feel free to bring along photos of your space, fabric or flooring samples, or anything else that might help us support your decision-making.

If you can't visit our Auckland Design Studio, buying online is easy. We're happy to provide additional photos or videos, and can assist with design advice via email, FaceTime, or Zoom.
We hold samples of most of our rugs and can send one directly to your home, so you can view it in the space you intend to use it. It’s the most convenient way to shop for rugs—no matter where you are in New Zealand.
Our system requires a $50 deposit, which is fully refunded when the sample is returned.
Please contact us to confirm availability and let us know which samples you’d like to see. Once confirmed, you can pay your deposit here. We’ll get your samples on the next available courier.

As Tribe home rugs are imported to order; once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled or returned unless the item is faulty.

It's a good idea to check in with us first to see if the one you're after is available—we're also happy to offer advice if you're not quite sure what might suit your space.
