Seeing a sample of a rug in the space you intend to put it is absolutely the best way to choose the right rug. This is because the light and colours of the environment will affect how the rug looks in a space. You will also be able to get a feel for the quality, and the practicality of the rug for your lifestyle.

This deposit is to ensure we receive the samples back, as they are difficult to replace.
We send to your door free of charge; please send back to us using a tracked courier service. Please return the sample promptly and in good condition; you will then be refunded this deposit in full.
We suggest viewing the sample on the floor in the room you intend to put it. Check the sample at various times of the day and night as lighting changes to ensure you are happy with the colour. Placing on the floor, as opposed to holding it in your hand, ensures you are getting the best representation of how the texture and colour will read. Sometimes a sample can look very textural up close, but on the floor appears far more subtle.

You can order a rug sample through this page. It's a good idea to check in with us first to see if the one you're after is available—we're also happy to offer advice if you're not quite sure what might suit your space. If you're feeling unsure about where to start, just give us a call—we're always happy to help. A $50 deposit applies, which is fully refunded when the samples are returned.
We generally ask you to return the samples promptly as we need to use them for other customers, and so you can get your deposit back. If we don't have the samples back within about two weeks, we'll send you a reminder.
We use a shared-shipping approach: we cover the cost to send the samples out to you, and you'll just need to cover the return shipping. We don't provide return labels, so you can simply use your preferred courier or postal service to send them back.
