We'd love to welcome you to our Mt Eden, Auckland Design Studio .

We have samples of most of our rug collection available to view in person — including a selection of smaller samples that can be loaned short-term to try in your space. Visiting the studio by appointment is a great way to explore what's available, as we have more brands on-site than we offer online.

We're happy to help you find the right piece, so feel free to bring along photos of your space, fabric or flooring samples, or anything else that might help us support your decision-making.

If there's a particular sample you're hoping to see, please check with us first to ensure it's available at the studio. If you'd like to see a full-sized rug, this may be possible — simply get in touch and we will advise if one is available to view.

Buying online is easy. We have samples of most of our rugs and can send a square sample of this rug directly to your home, so you can see it in the very space you intend for it to go. It's the easiest way to shop for rugs, no matter where you are in New Zealand.

Our system requires a deposit which is fully refunded when the sample is returned. For 1-2 samples the required deposit is $50, and for 3-5 samples the deposit is $100. Click here to learn more

We're here to help you find the perfect rug for your space, however you prefer to connect.

Do not wash or dry clean. Do not use water on a viscose floor rug, as this may cause a yellowing of the fibres. Instead, spot clean any spills with paper towels or a clean white cloth dipped in an acetic or citrus solution. Viscous fibres are very absorbent, so use the solution sparingly. Gently dab at the mark, never rub.

Dry the area as quickly as possible by placing the floor rug in a breezy, or warm and dry, area of the house.

Due to the delicate nature of viscose fibres shedding of the pile is likely to occur and should subside over time. Gentle vacuuming is required. Do not use a brush or beater head. For a deep clean, we recommend using a skilled specialist.

We offer FREE standard door-to-door shipping to all New Zealand addresses for rugs over $250. Orders are dispatched from a Pukekohe warehouse as soon as the order has been processed — usually the next day or within 2-3 business days at busy times.

If you require a white glove courier service — such as rug installation, packaging removal, a specific delivery date, or expedited delivery — please get in touch to arrange a quote.
